As president of Cobblestone Homes, Joseph Keith has made his home in the Santa Rosa area for more than 27 years. Since 1974, he's been building homes for others in this same area.

His emotional tie to the city that he calls "home" is evident in each and every one of the new homes he builds. And his respect for the future homeowners is what you would expect from a neighbor. As a result, longstanding relationships exist between Joe, his contractors and homebuyers — many of whom are now living in their third or fourth Cobblestone home.

Today, Cobblestone builds approximately 110 homes per year, from entry-level to high-end, move-up properties. The intelligent design and master craftsmanship exhibited in each home has earned Cobblestone respect throughout the industry.
