Home Aid

HomeAid America is a charity supported by the Home Builders Association of Northern California. HomeAid's mission is to build or renovate shelters, owner and operated by non-profit care providers, for temporarily homeless men, women and children. This is the only program in America that is addressing "transitional housing on a national basis". HomeAid is a solution unique to the building industry, that has a immediate positive effect.

Joe Keith, President of Cobblestone Homes, Inc., generously joined to serve as one of two team captains of HomeAid to assist in the planning, development and construction of a shelter here in Sonoma County. The project is a 10-unit family shelter located at 623 Aston Avenue in Santa Rosa. The organization, SCPEO, was the project developer and operator. Along with Joe, many Cobbleston Homes team members, generous subcontractors and suppliers have joined force to bring this shelter to completion in May of last year. Cobblestone Homes is proud to give back to the community and provide a positive environment for those who live here.
